Description

Diehard coffee lovers and those who prefer a more in-depth experience will enjoy our more extensive coffee education.  The Coffee Lover’s Tour includes all of the benefits of the Classic Coffee Tour with added information from our coffee experts and sessions about the coffee growing and brewing processes.

In addition to visiting our coffee bush nursery, our sustainable coffee plantation and our roastery, guests will learn and view firsthand the complex wet mill process that Café Britt uses to produce superior gourmet coffee.  Experts will also provide more extensive information about characteristics used to select premium beans to produce premium coffee.

After savoring a buffet lunch featuring local ingredients at our Don Prospero Restaurant while enjoying tropical surroundings and traditional music, guests will continue their coffee education. During a session with a barista, our expert will reveal trade secrets on how to brew a perfect espresso and how to froth milk to make an ideal cappuccino.
