The unique surroundings of our coffee plantation along with our exceptional event facilities provide a one-of-a-kind opportunity for corporate events, meetings and incentive group travel. Our team of bilingual coffee experts and experienced event planners will arrange a customized, memorable experience for your group.

Unlike almost any other location, we have our own amphitheatre with surround sound and projection equipment. This provides an ideal setting for training or presentations for your group, which can be included along with a fun and informative tour of our roastery and/or a meal at our restaurant. We can accommodate up to 200 guests and welcome all Café Britt visitors to our factory store to enjoy the finest Costa Rican coffee.


Private - VIP Coffee Tour

Café Britt is proud to design private, unique visits for the ultimate coffee country experience. We invite you and your group behind the scenes at Café Britt to discover, smell and savor the many nuances of coffee in a fun, informative style. We will assign a dedicated coffee expert who will guide you through our nursery, roastery and farm revealing all of the secrets to producing the world’s best coffee.

Venue & Event Facilities

The Café Britt coffee plantation, roastery, gardens, restaurant and amphitheatre offer a variety of surroundings to host any type of event. Benefits of our facilities include:

  • Large, lush gardens can accommodate up to 200 people.
  • All trails and facilities are friendly to people of all ages and conditions.
  • Our restaurant is surrounded by colorful, tropical gardens and seats up to 120 people. A podium and WiFi are also included at this location.
  • Special, customized menus available for your event.
  • Our safe parking lots can hold 65 cars during the day and 90 at night.  We can also arrange transportation for groups to our facility.
  • Our renowned Amphitheatre Dionisio Echeverria provides a unique opportunity for both cultural and corporate activities. Amphitheatre features include: seats for180 people, large stage (7m x9m x 2.8m high), surround sound with movie-type acoustics, WiFi and video projection equipment.
  • All guests are invited to our roastery store where they can enjoy factory prices on gourmet coffee, chocolate and souvenirs. We will even ship purchases anywhere in the world!

Theme Events & Entertainment

To give your event a special flavor, consider a theme event or some additional entertainment to set the mood.  In the past, our party themes have included Cowboy, Hawaiian, Arab, Casino, Pirates, Typical “Turnos” and more. Music and entertainment options include string trios, marimba or calypso music, Caribbean dancers, karaoke, DJs or even fireworks.  

Fun & Effective Customer Service Training

Café Britt offers a unique customer service training for corporate groups.  Our Soda La Rosa Performance is a fun and engaging skit performed by our specialists and designed to teach valuable customer service lessons  (about 45 minutes.)
